¶ LoA Process
¶ 1. Inital Ticket
As per S.O.P. LoA's get granted on a 28 day basis.
So the start date + 28 day.

- Check if they are leadership, if so you need to add their superior and let them confirm that they have seen it by @ them.
- add their superior to the ticket with
/add user @usernameand wait for them to respond.

- Use the Status Change Submission Table to set their Status to
On Leave - Wait for the personel file to update, it should not take more then 5 minutes.
- Add the start and end dates in to the fields that apperes after the file updates e.g. below.
- Send them a discord message informing them that the LoA has been granted
Below is a template message.
- Enter the correct date
- Enter the correct Username
- Leadership does not get moved to BCR, they keep their slot. So change line 6 to:
Please make a ticket once you return, to change your status to active again.

Your LoA has been granted.
As per SOP 2.4 your LoA has been granted on a 28 day basis.
Meaning you're on LoA till the **Day Month Year**.
Please make a transfer ticket once you return as you have been moved to BCR.
Also make a ticket before the end of your LoA if you need an extension.

¶ 2. LoA Extension
They should submit a ticket before the end of the active LoA.
The process is the same as above.
- Remove line 6 and reword line 2 to:
Your LoA Extension has been granted.
¶ 3. End of LoA
¶ 3.1 Status and Transfer
For leadership: you simply change their status back to Active
For Teammebers: also change their status back to Active, and process the transfer-ticket as described in Transfer Request Procedure. They should have made a transfer-ticket back to their old slot, if it hasn't been taken in the meantime.
¶ 3.2 Clean Up
Open their personel records and remove the remaining dates.
That where entered in 1.
¶ 4. Additional Info
Some people dont make a return ticket.
If you notice that, do the following:
- Make sure that the return date has passed.
- Make a reference ticket, no need to add the user.
- Change their status back to
Active - Don't remove the dates from the personel file
