Gonna clear this up since there is some confusion.
Rct - Completed Interview
Private - Completed BCT
Pv2 Completed RASP + Team Med
Squad Leaders may promote 1 person, per week from their squad leader. That is it, it is down to TL's to please the case of their men to SL's in order for their promotions.
Platoon leadership should monitor this and ensure that promotions are being given to those deserving, not just your turn this week and theirs the next. If someone hasn't been promoted in 2 months, its either their SL is biased or they're shit.
Non-Rangers units,
24th STS - Woods
Hammer - Roberts
JSFAW - Hamilton
This means every week, we should have 5 people getting promoted across the unit.
The SL is to make the ticket by COP Sunday, if it floats into Monday, it will be denied.
Trainers will continue to submit tickets for people completing trainings, but nobody should be submitting promotions tickets unless they are an SL and promotion someone for that week.
If they also write a transfer in to it. tell them to make separate transfer ticket.
